Thrill and Chills Book Fair in Middletown, NY on July 12th at Aspire Brewing Company is a Horror and Dark Romance fans, get ready! Patrick Field (@patrickfieldauthor) is coming to Thrills & Chills Book Fair and he’s bringing the supernatural with him!

Patrick writes suspenseful, story-driven, LGBTQ+ inclusive fiction that blends scientific knowledge with supernatural storytelling. His own tagline says it best: “A neuroscientist’s excursion into the supernatural.”

After 25 years in higher education with a Ph.D. in Anatomical Sciences and Neuroscience, Patrick traded in textbooks for spine-chilling fiction, bending and blending paranormal fantasy, romantasy, mystery, and horror with a dash of humor. He prides himself on featuring LGBTQ+ protagonists in each of his novels. Both Servant and The Bedfordshire Warlock were semi-finalists in the Kindle Book Review Best of Indie Horror/Suspense category in 2024 and 2025!

Based in Hawley, PA and fueled by Cherry Twizzlers and dark chocolate , Patrick is represented by the Virginia Kidd Literary Agency and has even more stories on the way.
